Token Mobile is the latest security application offered by Banco de Occidente, designed to generate a short-lived random code that enhances the security of mobile banking registration and internet transactions.

Activation Instructions:

• After downloading the application onto your smart device, open "Token Mobile" and accept the terms and conditions.
• Select the QR code button.
• Visit our website at www.bancodeoccidente.com.co, access the Transactional Zone, and in the Token tab, choose the option "Request Token."
• Activate the application on your device by pointing your mobile phone's rear camera at the QR code displayed on your computer screen.
• Complete the activation of your Token Mobile at the nearest ATH ATM.
• At the ATH ATM, insert your active Banco de Occidente debit card, go to the "Activations" option, and select "Token Mobile" (ensure you have opened the app and generated a code to use at the ATM).
• Enter the code generated by your Token Mobile and proceed.
• Input your debit card PIN.
